Is there a minimum order value for wholesale accounts?

How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs and location.
Can I return items if they are not suitable for my shop?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on body jewellery unless the item is defective. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours for any quality concerns.

Are your products sterilized before shipping?
