At Wholesale Body Jewellery, we prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction, offering a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, any body jewellery that has been removed from its original heat-sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Log into your wholesale account and submit a return request via the 'My Orders' section, or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all items are in their original, tamper-evident heat-sealed bags and pack them securely in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; please include your RMA slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies that the hygiene seals are intact, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
